In 1996, New Rummy Game set up a Strategic Planning Committee, and the Board instituted the Strategic Management Project to build up internal capability for change. A strategic plan, outlining recommendations and action plans for implementing the strategy, is drawn up for a period. The Strategic Plan enunciates New Rummy Game’ aim of being recognised as a global leader in research and education.
