Cell painting is an advanced imaging technique to visualize and quantify the effects of drugs and perturbations on cellular structures. This method highlights specific cell components and provides a distinguished visualization of individual cell constituents. Precise differentiation of these cellular components is a challenging task for reliable clinical diagnostics. In this work, a method is developed to differentiate and characterize cellular components in cell painted images using intelligent approaches. The study considers two types of objects and their structure and textures are utilized for the analysis and classification. In this seminar, the objectives, proposed methodology and preliminary results would be discussed.
