Increased vehicle ownership and associated traffic congestion due to rapid urbanization cause stress to the cities’ traffic system. Road users often face highly immobile traffic on the streets which causes loss of time and money, and increased distress and accidents. For this reason it is necessary to comprehensively study and analyze mobility. This can help in providing analytical insights and solutions to improve the traffic quality. This study presents a review of the literature on comprehensive traffic mobility analysis and its various aspects.
