Machine learning is a hot topic at the moment and for a good reason too. I'll start by giving a brief overview of the area. Then I will talk about my research in number theory and show how machine learning can be used as a powerful tool to help me solve problems. I'll also give some examples from other areas and industry as to how machine learning is changing the way and rate that we do things.
