The influence of nanofiller on the tensile and surface charge properties of Al/Epoxy nanocomposite materials with varying structural composition has been investigated. The formation of conductive network approaching the percolation limit with the addition of nanofiller has strongly influenced the mechanical and electrical behaviour of nanocomposites as observed in the present work.Various physico-chemical diagnostic studies were made to elucidate the governing mechanisms for the improvement in the dielectric and mechanical performance observed for the nanocomposites.
